The movers were 2.5hrs late. Whilst I understand slight delays this ruined our whole move day and our childcare arrangements - costing us alot of money. And although we booked 3hrs to have enough time - they took 2.5hrs which would of been great had it happened at the correct time! So I waited 2.5hrs for them to arrive and over paid for the time they took for the job. Not great.
