Boubacar let us know the day before that he would be 1.5 hours late, because of a last-minute medical appointment. Due to traffic, this ended up being 2.5 hours which was a little inconvenient for us. However, once he arrived he was very professional, friendly and helpful. We would use his services again, as we believe that the timing issues were just unfortunate.

I'd massively recommend moving with Boubacar, he was incredibly helpful and generous and very friendly to chat to during the drive in the car. The move was very quick and Boubacar was kind enough to turn the van back around after realising I had left a bicycle behind, and then came back to my flat later in the day after finding one of my items had been missed in the van.
