From the moment we arrived, he judged us – complaining about the weight of our things and how they were placed – instead of just doing the job we were paying for. Playing smart to avoid doing the one floor steps that we had already paid for. The worst part: about an hour after returning the van, we called him because we had forgotten a bag under the passenger seat with something very valuable inside. I know for certain the bag was there, because I put it there myself. When we called, suddenly it was “not there.” That means only one thing: he stole it. Unprofessional, dishonest, and a thief. Avoid at all costs.

Bilal was super friendly and went above and beyond to ensure all my belongings were delivered safely to my destination. I would use him again in a heartbeat and absolutely recommend.

We had a huge amount to move — boxes, furniture, beds, shelves, tables, and both kitchen and bedroom items — and Bilal handled it all with remarkable efficiency. He helped us carry everything down and packed his van with almost mathematical precision, making the most of every inch of space. Throughout the move, he offered helpful advice and kept everything running smoothly. Thanks to his expertise and hard work, we were able to complete the move in an impressively short time. Bilal was amazing, made all the moving so much easier! He was super friendly which put us all in a good mood. He helped with carrying heavy stuff, had all the straps and blankets. Amazing service, would definitely book again!
