Abdul was on time, helpful, and a fine communicator. He was a fine problem solver; when the destination road was cutoff due to a major accident, Abdul managed the situation well and calmly, and together we got to the destination via another route. He was never irritable, rude or impatient, including in that difficult unexpected situation. I would recommend Abdul.
