Very pleasant and helpful. I ordered a Luton van with driver and additional person. I lived in an awkward part of the town centre and they reassured me all would be ok and not to worry. They also lifted a sofa down 3 flights, as it wouldn’t fit into the lift, even though I said no stairs when obtaining a quote. Both the guys were respectful to all of my belongings and not one item was broken or damaged. I moved out and into my new place smoothly. Thanks again.
