Top guy, even though we all forgot to load the fridge freezer so it cost me more on delivery. Probably a good idea to have a checklist of items.

A very responsible and professional driver. He arrived three minutes early and kindly helped us organise and load our luggage neatly. Driving was excellent - the entire 3.5 hours journey was smooth and comfortable. We really appreciated his help and would definitely recommend him!

Arrived 45 minutes late, citing traffic, with paid for helper. Other than a few heavy stuff, helper unloaded van outside and did not help move objects into the building. Mover tripped with expensive computer monitor with no apology given. Airsoft gas appears to have gone missing from set of drawers, driver states not left in van.

Where do i start my mattress was white now got dirty black marks on my sofas was dirty they took ages to load van all they had up stairs was a double bed and tv so not hard work they had a easy job but was trying to get more than the 2 hours i booked
