Nice enough fella, and polite, but didn’t pack the items into the van well - space wasted - and as I result I need to hire another van to take the rest when it could have easily fitted.

QMAV Response: Customer booked "no help" for loading/unloading - so it was not driver's duty to load the van.

He was amazing! I hired him to come to Costco with me, to do shopping. He guarded my 4 carts while I ran around the store. Loaded the van! And brought up to the apartment. Incredibly friendly and nice. Will hire him for all my moves and furniture shopping from here on out.

The driver should be banned from this job as he hasn’t got a clue how to load the van. All my belongings were all over the place, some of the items were damaged. He put his heavy trolley on the top of my bags and suitcases and damaged the items. This driver was not helpful at all and expected me to load the van. Also, he took the liberty opening and looking into my boxes. Absolutely disgraceful! It’s not worth £100 at all. I would never use your company again because of this driver!
