Azam is a very polite and gentle man. We picked up the 77" TV from Richer Sounds, which had difficult parking; most drivers complain about these situations which are out of one's control, but Azam was extremely accommodating. On delivery to our home, he offered to help me shift the unit, even though that wasn't in the contract. The van is clean and safe for items. Don't hesitate, book Azam!
