Very punctual, in fact he was early, helpful, and polite, I didn’t notice straps, however I didn’t have much stuff to move, so things where just put into the van and not tied down.

Pankjaj was very helpful and respectful. He kept in touch from the time of booking and even arrived early on the day which made for a very easy stress free move. Would definitely recommend.

Very professional and friendly driver.

The driver was around 15 minutes late himself but still charged me for the extra time taken and was a bit rude.
