Hi Driver was late - by 40 mins. He had some pain in his hip - we had to do everything almost. We had to force him so much to do stuff He didn’t get the trolley as well. It was so difficult. Not happy with the service.

John was 15 minutes late but he rang to let me know. He was helpful and friendly. I don't know if he had straps and blankets -- they were not needed for this job. He did have a trolley which was useful for moving boxes.
