Driver Profile

The drive was ok, the process AWFUL. I heard nothing after making the booking. I called the number I was given and the person seemed to have no idea of the booking. Eventually confirmed it was booked. On the day the driver was nearly 2 hours late, I asked that a cart was provided when I bookef but it wasn’t, due to height restrictions I made sure to request the right van which was confirmed but a much larger one arrived and of course didn’t fit, not much care was taken when move items unless I called it out. I will not be returning.

Although late Tasawar let us know that he was going to be.

Malik was very good and tidy. Used straps and blankets. Nothing was damaged and he moved everything in due time . Thank you !

They were a great help but were late. They also required a bit of help from us which we had no issue with, but others may need to know if they are unable to help. Everything was moved with care and respect and they were really lovely and friendly!

Late arrival by 45 minutes. Once on site was polite, respectful and friendly. Flexible and got on with job without issue and able to extend hours to get the job done.
