Very seamless transfer of my bookcase. Richard was very courteous and most respectful throughout. A lovely chap and most sympathetic when we realised that the bookcase wasn’t joing to fit in its designated spot! All good now, though!

The driver went up and beyond in helping move the furniture and items could not ask for a better man & van and would always recommend 😁

The only thing was he did not come on time and was late for around 1.5 hours and did not give me a call to tell me that he would be late. If he has given me a call that he would be late, them it would be much appreciated and ok He was having straps and cartoon to put it under the bed and mattress, but I didn't see any blankets. But overall, he and his friend were good and respectful and overall experience was ok and would recommend the service to my friends Thanks

Drivers were an hour late and were more interested in what they could salvage from my stuff than the job in hand. When they got to delivery destination they had their eye on a broken tv of our neighbour and wanted it plugging in to test despite being assure it was broken (my colleague didn’t think of implications of doing this and complied as he didn’t know what to do!). To be honest, I’m embarrassed as my neighbour saw what was going on and to be associated with this is bad for my reputation. In terms of getting the job done, they were just about ok apart from the damage to the wall in the landing as they were taking goods out, leaving plaster on the floor…. I would be very hesitatant to book again to be honest.
