Vlad was fine on the phone. Omar was ok but the person helping him was asleep. Also Omar said they would tie the furniture but that was not true. So he had to drive super slow so that an antique cupboard with glass doors would not topple over. Then I got undercharged and the whole think was ridiculous the way it was handled. I said to Vlad that I am an honest client and made the payment immediately after one failed attempt. There is zero chance I would use this website address. Do you guys actually meet the drivers ? You will do nothing with this feedback so have a nice day. Thank the good Lord I don’t run my business in the same way.

My driver was an hour late and then left at original booking end time, so we lost out on an hour of help we had paid for. He didn't speak English making it extremely difficult to communicate and we had to use Google translate. The van had a flat tyre. He had no straps or blankets and appeared very inexperienced with loading our belongings effectively. We had some breakages. Overall was not too impressed with the service and would not recommend.

Vladyslav was kind and helped load & secure everything. He helped unload everything quickly as well. He was late but overall great service.

Driver was an hour late, so we had already moved half the stuff outside when he arrived. We had booked for 3 hours, so assumed we could do multiple trips (only 5 min drive from storage to the house) but this would have cost an extra £95 in cash so we didn’t go for it, and will have to sort another van (won’t be booking through here again!). If he had been on time I reckon we could have got big stuff in first and fit everything in one trip. Bit disappointing really.

He delivered an excellent service. Although the van size was smaller than the one booked which meant he had to do an extra trip, he completed the move in the allocated time. Would book him again.

Vladyslav was very polite and helpful. He may have had straps and blankets but none were needed. I would definitely use him again
