Sergej and his colleague were very professional, respectful, showed on time, asked questions with big smile, they were very helpful & patient. By far they offer one of the best services I ever had. I recommend them if you are looking for stress free and excellent job.

The vehicle was booked for 14hours. But arrived at 18.30hours was not even sorry for it. And on phone when enquired about the delay told us to EITHER WAIT OR CANCEL. We were helpless and had to wait.

Turned up 1 hour 10 minutes late, then started saying I had to pay more for help. I told him I paid for 4 hours , 1 stop paid too. I also booked 2 flights of stairs at the other end. Hardly carried anything up 2nd flight. Then started saying running out of time to my daughter wen there was nearly 2 hours left. He finished 40 minutes before the time. So stressful . The van was dirty too inside with nothing to cover anything. Would never ever use again.
