Amazing! Roberto was truly outstanding. He was ready and waiting 15 minutes early. He and his assistant were the most decent and hard working people. They were both extremely friendly and willing. They moved the contents of my flat for me this morning, which included a lot of very large and heavy items of furniture and white goods. They carried everything down the stairs and packed my stuff in the van carefully, laying rugs over the edges of my dining table etc so that my furniture would not be damaged in transit. They could not drive up to the entrance of my new flat, as I did not have a key to open the barrier and so they had to park off-site and carry my stuff 20m across the car park. They did this cheerfully, enthusiastically and without any complaint or difficulty. They were really efficient and professional guys. I have used many man and van guys over the years and Roberto and his assistant were by far the best.

The driver was very polite and punctual. He was able to follow instructions as per my request. Never rushed to leave the place when we got to our destination as I had to wait for someone to bring the keys. Was very helpful in helping to offload the stuff. Overall very impressed and good with his services.

The driver was respectful and reliable but the problem is that I booked driver+ one person but he came alone so I have to give him to do the job. I booked two persons due to my health condition but this has been respected.
