Very punctual, he took care to contact me before to let me know he was arriving, also to make sure he could park closeby without causing problems due to location. [[ I would just point to the company that the payment of ULEZ(15£ and 12£)and low emissions would be better if it was possible to include it also on the total payment with card knowing beforehand if it will be or not necessary, it could cause delays in case don't have cash available to pay to the driver. ]]

Your website is misleading re costs and service

Ok overall. A couple of things that could be improved: - if I am paying for driver helping me, then I expect driver to not talk on the phone during this time and be focused on loading and unloading instead. - it should not be taking 1.5 hours for a van to reach the destination when it took me 55 minutes by car at the same time on the same road, following all road rules. - I expect driver to respect my time and my money, and not just try to maximize their revenue
