Arulnesan was very professional and courteous. His previous job ran over but he called to tell us in a timely manner. He was very patient with us throughout our move even though we were stressed out and disorganised. On the whole, we were very impressed with Arulnesan.

Driver called when he arrived. Came to help move items and was very professional.

The driver was over an hour late, arrived with the wrong van (I requested and paid for a large van, and he arrived with a medium van instead - making us wait another 20 minutes til he could get hold of the correct sized van). He also dropped and broke two of my vases and plants, and when I called him out on it, instead of admitting it and apologising he tried to gaslight me into thinking that it wasn’t his fault and that he’d only broken one thing. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend or hire him again.

Driver could've been a bit more gentle with luggage - nothing was damaged but bags were ripped etc. Apart from that everything was good
