He didn’t load his medium van properly, I booked the mini van and he asked for extra money in the midst of loading by saying my van filled. He don’t know how to pile up and just in between he was very slow and continued talking over phone purposely. I have to ask my home mate to help load at the end. Cherry on the top, when we reached the destination at 1:15pm I told him to pick me up from restaurant at as accommodation staff was on break at 2:15 pm and he picked me at 2:50pm instead then at end of job he demanded more money for this hour he didn’t even spend with me. When we reached the destination , the room was on third floor not ground floor as per my booking with him he denied to unload and help moving to my room. I told him I was not aware myself that room is on third floor. But there is lift he can help moving the luggage still. He was upset and I had to call security guards for help with the luggage. Two guards unload my luggage and moved it in the lobby of my room. I had to dragged my luggage in the room myself ultimately. I have arthritis that was the whole reason booking the service that was not fulfilled clearly. I would have happily paid him extra 60 but he was not professional and kept whining from the start as a tactics tool for more money. Please make sure you train your drivers how to load vans.
