I messaged the driver 10 min before he was supposed to arrived to let him know everything is organized, only to receive an unprofessional message to say his van is brokendown. No advance warning or message. Completely unacceptable as we needed to move the items on the scheduled date! One day warning would have allowed us to reschedule or find alternative workaround.
