Driver Profile

Driver kept me informed by text as his previous job and traffic meant he was a few minutes delayed - no problem at all. Superbly polite and professional, my brand new and stored mixed load of furniture was efficiently handled carefully into his well equipped van, and taken to various locations in our new house in record time! Thanks Dominic, will happily use you again!

Dominic provided a great service, I rode with him in the van, he's easy to talk to and friendly, everything went smoothly. I booked the evening before so very last minute but it wasn't an issue, Dominic rang me a few hours before he was arriving to ask what type of items were being transported. Furniture that needs two people to carry etc. My items were transported safely, the van is huge and he had straps and a sack truck on hand if needed.

The driver called to confirm he was on his way. Both the driver and his assistant were polite and friendly. They both made a point of asking if they could do anything extra to help. I would be happy to use them again.

Dominic Lu was amazing. He was on time , handled all my furniture with the utmost care and secured them nicely in the back of the van and I am extremely happy with his service.
