We got off on wrong foot as I was told had paid for 2 hrs when I booked n paid deposit but he said was only for 1 trip we had disagreement as I had a fridge freezer that needed picking up from another address well within the 2 hrs in the end he did agree to go n get it so ended well n was a decent man

Richard was right on time, extremely helpful, and polite. I have no hesitations to recommend him or use his services again.

He came on time and just after 20m he asked if we aren’t done .my husband had to tell him we have paid for 2 hours.we lived in a student apartment and yesterday so many students were moving there was so much traffic with the lift and everything . He didn’t even a have a bit of smile in his face after coming to the place and after loading we were late by 8m exactly and when I told him the remaining balance he started screaming saying that’s not the amount you are late you need to pay for half and hour which was around 22 something . That’s absolutely fine as we couldn’t finish it before 12 but the way he was so aggressive he was literally pointing his finger and shouting . I have never ever seen an arrogant driver like him . Would never ever recommend a service to anyone like that. Please give him feedback first he should learn to be a pleasant person that would not cost him anything .
