Driver Profile

Horrible experience with this driver, he was just talking on the phone most of the time and he also complained why there are lots of stuff so we ended up not getting everything out of our house. He also missed the drop off location even if he already saw me, wasting our time to unload our stuff. On drop off, at first he only let us carry our stuff in the house asking my other mate to help me carry it (really showing he is just delaying the unloading of our stuff) but when I already lost my energy I asked him to help us but he was really slow and still talking to someone on the phone (I took a video as proof). He also told us our big boxes doesn’t fit the front door and he is insinuating just to leave it outside the house as there is no way the box will go in but when my mate tried it the box fit and went inside the house, If he was helpful enough we could have finished getting all our stuff out of the house but we ended having to move some more stuff the next day.

The driver was 2 hours late to the booking and not very communicative about this change in plan. I had to chase for information and was a bit let down by the process

The moving service itself was good, but several issues need to be addressed. The driver was three hours late on the day. When booking on the website, I selected and paid for a "lift available" quote. However, during the move, the driver claimed that the flat floor required additional fee, even though there was a lift. Your website clearly stated that two passengers can travel in the van free of charge, but the driver said passengers were not allowed to ride in the van. It seems there is a lack of alignment between the website and your drivers. These communication gaps need to be addressed internally instead of placing extra charges on customers.

Very quick and helpful for getting everything moved. Was also very understanding for some less-than-preferable packaging. His help with loading and unloading made things significantly faster.
