Driver Profile

Despite requesting dismantling in advance, I had to call the driver myself multiple times to confirm he had the tools. He confirmed very late and asked to arrive later than the scheduled time (which was ok for me). The move was only 2 minutes down the same street, yet the driver worked extremely slowly and repeatedly stepped outside saying he was “thinking how to arrange the van.” The van was only partially filled but poorly organised, and I had to suggest how items could be placed more efficiently. Despite these delays, the job only went 12 minutes over time, which I thought was on purpose to ask for an additional half hour.
