Driver was nearly an hour late, although he did call and this was not a problem. Packing things into the van was fine no issues, although there weren't any straps or blankets. Once at the drop off address the driver only brought 1 item into the house. It was described in the request the house had 1 flight of stairs, and this is charged additionally. The driver who was hired to help has only brought one item inside, which resulted in me having to do several trips up and down stairs without no help. The driver then sat outside and did not say anything for an extra 10minutes until I came out and he gesture money to me. I would not recommend this driver, definitely needs to improve his costumer skills and understanding of job role.

Schervan and his team was really helpful on the day. I would not hesitate in recommending them or using them in the future. Whilst there was an issue with the time, this was due to the timing of the booking as its was peek hour and traffic is expected but their helpfulness, politeness and respectful demeanour accommodated for the timing issue. Given what was being transported, there was no need for blankets or straps.
