Driver Profile

Unfortunately only one driver turned up, although we have paid for 2? I was told the difference will be refunded. Can you let me know when this £40 refund will happen?

Very positive experience. They were punctual, courteous and were very helpful taking the sofa bed apart and rebuilding it at the destination.

The team reconfirmed the booking with me on the morning of and then proceeded to be an hour late. Arriving with no apology is unacceptable and disrespectful to my time as a customer. I will not be using nor recommending your company in the future.

The driver was polite and punctual. When we arrived at the new house, the elevator was broken, and they helped carry some of the furniture upstairs. We are very grateful to them.

Arrived almost 2 hours late - and let us know 10 minutes before the expected arrival time that there was going to be a delay, we did have to call a couple of times to see where the van was, this made the move stressful as the delay meant parking spaces were lost, more traffic on the road, rush to hand in keys before estate agents closed and school run issues. The driver and additional person did assist with the move but this whole experience was very unnecessarily stressful, my understanding is that the company changed the helper at the last minute which caused the delay. Both helpers were courteous and the driver apologised.

Very helpful driver; he helped carry my things a lot. He was on time, communicative, positive. He was just driving very slowly—I guess he was trying to get an extra half hour of pay..
