Driver Profile

Perfect. Helpful and flexible.

Ultimately I don't think he did his fair share of loading and unloading. I booked a man and van to help me load and unload from a 1 at floor room to another 1st floor room and he insisted on me carrying everything down the stairs to him and then he loaded the van. I was absolutely exhausted going up and down the stairs for every box when I assumed we would share that task. I complained how tiring it was and he basically ignored me. When we arrived at destination I just told him to leave everything at the bottom of stairs because I needed to take my time carrying them upstairs. He gleefully left me with that task. Pleasant enough guy but honestly couldn't believe he made me do all the heavy lifting. To be fair I would expect a partial refund given his laughably uneven contribution of participation in the loading and unloading.

He was on time, friendly and helpful, I am happy with the service, and recommend this company.

Good guy

Exactly on time, I think was a little early, very helpful, got straight to helping me load and unload. Thank you Oleg/ Roman for a great job. Well done. Made it all seem so easy, also was able to go with the driver to the destination which was a three hour journey. Very good service. Would definitely recommend and will use again if need any more help in future. Great value for money. Thanks for your help. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Roman was early, easy to communicate with, and incredibly efficient. Could not have been a better experience!

Very helpful and supportive.
