About 40 minutes late because of traffic. But very helpful with the moving and unloading

There was no straps or blankets to protect stuffs. Driver didn't check or help organising spaces to make sure stuffs are safely stored and fixed while driving. Apart from that, was okay!

Tegan arrived an hour later than booked but he did call to warn us the job before us had overran. When he arrived he was a little grumpy but he knew what he was doing and managed to load the van with help in 30 minutes. By the time we arrived at our destination he had cheered up and unloaded our belongings once again within 30 minutes. Our sofa was very tricky to get into the flat but he stayed until we had it where we wanted. I had booked for 4 hours but the job only took 1hour 40 minutes. I can recommend Regan and I would definitely use him again. Well worth the cost

Booked a medium van, was more than enoughy to what iI needed but that was my choice. Wasn’t sure it would fit all the luggages (6 suitcases, smart monitor, printer) and stuff I needed to move. Regan was nice, accommodating, and patient. No frills service and updates were provided so very smooth experience. Keep up the good work and excellent price service you provide esp for students (other man-van service are just ridiculously priced). Highly recommended and happy to use this service again in the future. Two thumbs up!
