The driver called to check if I actually needed a large van (even though I had booked a large van) about an hour and a half before the booking, then proceeded to tell me he has no large vans till 7pm (I booked for 4pm). He then went on to say actually he can do around 5pm - again, my booking was for 4pm, and when I expressed that he said “you only booked it yesterday”. Not a good experience, had to cancel the booking

While he was late, called me nice and early to let me know he was stuck in the rush hour traffic. Fantastic attitude, very friendly it wasn't the easiest move as my apartment is at least 60m from the lift. Always had a smile on his face and made the job so much easier, would recommend using everytime
