Driver Profile

I asked for small van came with large van and forced to pay 20 pound then expected. Will not recommend.

Uwemedimo Is very polite, funny, all around a great mover & driver. His help today was amazing & we got everything done in a fraction of the time anticipated. Great communication & an early arrival. Thank you so much!!

I would like to raise a concern regarding the driver who attended the collection of the item. Both myself and the other person living at the collection address found the driver to be very unhelpful and lacking interest in assisting us. Although we did not book driver assistance, we expected at least a basic level of willingness to help the customer. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I would have been happy to offer a tip or make an additional payment if assistance was required. However, the driver showed very little interest in helping and made inappropriate comments, stating that he was old and could not assist. In addition, the van was very small, and one of the side doors was not working. While I understand that issues can happen, a more professional and positive attitude would have made the situation much easier. I hope this feedback can be taken into consideration to improve future customer experiences. Kind regards,
