In the world that we live in today people are not as nice or helpful or you are lucky if they even turn up. Joseph was really helpful and kind (I am nearing retirement and not as fit as I used to be). I can honestly say it was a huge weight of my mind to find Joseph was the opposite of all the negative people. I will definitely be asking for his help again.
