Driver was late but when he arrived he was respectful when he finally arrived and the job was ok

We used this service to transport our belongings to our new rented property. Terrance was incredible, despite being based in Leeds, he met us in Manchester and took our stuff to Nottingham which was so appreciated. He loaded the van exceptionally swiftly and was a powerhouse, carrying our heavy items with a smile and a friendly wave to the neighbours kids. He was a delight and ensured all of our belongings were secured - absolutely nothing broke or was damaged, which is astonishing given we had bikes, trellises and vases in the same van! We could not have managed this move without someone like him and I would recommend this driver wholeheartedly.

Late but Kwun was extremely quick loading and unloading the van and very friendly

Kwun was late by nearly 2 hours, which annoyed me and I was ready to be frustrated. But when he arrived he was so helpful and hard working I honestly couldn't find fault with his service. He was like a machine. And even with the late arrival we still finished considerably faster than I would have done on my own. He was very polite and friendly and made the whole process a pleasure. So in summary, yeah he was late, but shit happens sometimes and he more than made up for it when he got here so I was very happy with the service. Will absolutely use it again.
