Driver Profile

Great guys!

In spite of me writing clearly in my booking application comment section, that there is a flight of stairs in the relocated address, the representative from the company was arguing that it was not ticked in the boxes provided. The driver was good but the representative (George) from Quick man and van who took the call was unprofessional and cannot be recommended.

Sam is professional and very helpful.

They were not happy carrying items from inside house but ended up helping They made me feel bad They charged me £20 extra to wrap my mattress and bed They complained about the time and pressured me to hurry They said they had another booking to get to - my booking was not important They had terrible English I will not recommended quick man Sorry but I had to ask a friend to liaise with them as I was so annoyed at their attitude
