Obinna was a replacement for the driver I booked - he was pretty efficient with loading/un-loading and only arrived a few minutes late, he stalled the van 3 times in-a-row just trying to reverse. He was relatively polite but there was a language barrier that impacted the ability to communicate effectively. He said that he was in the middle of driving to another job when he had to turn around for this one. While I appreciate he was rushed, he only helped me unload the van onto the driveway before driving off and said he could not help me move the items into the house. Would not recommend.

Obi was very helpful and even arrived early so we could get the job done. Would highly recommend.

Ibby arrived late but he stepped in last minute as there was a technical issue with the driver I pre-booked so entirely not his fault. He was very helpful and organised. The move was small but very tricky with lots of small and fragile musical instruments that he handled with care. I would definitely recommend and book him again.
