Driver Profile

I move all my stuff in less than 1 h (approx. 45 min). The driver just did one ride (from my place to the new house). He refused to drive me back to the former house even if I had the van hired for two hours and it was the same route. I truly believe is unfair to make people pay for two hours.
QMAV Response: The driver did the job he was hired for, since the booking required to travel from collection to delivery. Driver is not responsible to transport the customer back to the collection address, unless the customer pays additional mileage, an additional stop point and eventually extra time if the booked time is depleted during the second trip.
