Driver Profile

Olusegun was great! Helpful, friendly and new what he was doing. Made the whole process a breeze, brilliant stuff.

The driver arrive 2.5hrs late. He called 30mins before he was due to arrive saying he would arrive at least 1.5/2 hrs late. When 2 hours later i called and he said he'd be another 40mins and he arrived another hour later - 3 hours after the original time. At first he said it was traffic then he said his previous customer had been delayed. He then complained about helping unload. I'd expected help moving items up 1 flight of stairs and marked this on my request - so paid extra for that and he refused - which given how late he was I don't think was fair.
