Driver was absolutely brilliant. Willing to be flexible with times due to unforseen changes in my schedule. Helped me move a lot of large and heavy furniture down and up several flights of stairs on the hottest day of the year. Really put in a shift and good company.

Timely.

Arrived promptly and was helpful loading the van at the storage locker. When unloading, they helped unload the van but then left without saying goodbye, even though we had hired them for longer and to help bring the stuff inside the property, leaving the stuff stranded on the kerb a few minutes away. As a result, it took 3 and a half hours to move the stuff into the property as opposed to potentially an hour.
