Driver was late, but that is hardly surprising driving through London traffic on a Saturday morning. When he did arrive however, he was very courteous and helpful, and we had the whole job finished very quickly.

The driver was good however I explained that as this was an office job I need to raise a PO and get approval before paying the £50 fee. Despite telling him this he continues to call and text. As a company policy I cannot pay before going through the right procedures but the money will be paid as soon as possible.
