The driver Falom is very nice helpful man who I would recommend to other customers.
He arrived early and stayed to help with the other jobs I needed to complete to get the items into the tight space.
We removed some bars on a window so the larger item ( a sofa) could fit into the room as the door was too tight.

As soon as I booked online I received confirmation and a follow up phone call to confirm from Donald. I then received a message on the morning of collection to ask was it ok if we started slightly earlier than arranged time. Donald was extremely helpful and polite and had the van loaded in under ten minutes. We even made the whole journey in under one hour from north London to Kent! And great conversation the whole journey
