Overall Lucas was very helpful to move the boxes from my old apartment. The only thing there was some error in communication because the website had promised that the driver would be helping to get the stuff from apartment floors using a lift but Lucas was not made aware of it from my understanding. It wasn't communicated to the driver properly. After all, it is a removal van service therefore I would expect the driver to help to get the stuff from the apartments to be placed in the van and i did pay for it to be done. Also, it's not best to be told there is too much stuff when all the boxes could fit in the van as it was a 1-bed apartment and there were no very huge items and only two small pieces of furniture, all other items were in medium-sized boxes.
In the end, everything was safely transferred without breaking although I think the boxes labeled fragile can be handled with a bit more care. Overall a big help in the moving process!
