The drivers were excellent but they said they had received no notification of the booking so didn’t arrive. They dropped everything and sped to me to make it happen but I’m not impressed with your company, a bit of a rip off to pay your fee for doing nothing

There was really bad traffic on the day which is why we started late but he was super efficient, polite and kept me up to date on his arrival time.
We got my things loaded up in 20 minutes, and were on the way not long after.
Unloading was a quick thing too. He was really great, nice to talk to and the drive over was actually fun.

Ran into a big problem - lift not working. However, Arulnesan was very helpful and accommodating when negotiating alternatives. Easy to talk to and polite.
I just had boxes so no straps or blankets needed for those boxes….Arul was amazing, very helpful & friendly. Everything was very easy, smooth & stress-free. I would definitely recommend him.
