Man and Van in Harrow, HA3

Karan was very helpful today. Turned up bang on time, and had no issue at all moving heavy items. We were very happy with the level of service!

Very impressed by drivers professionalism. He was very efficient and polite. Highly recommend.

Driver was an hour late. I still have not received an invoice from him that I requested.

Absolutely crap!!! Sent message to rearrange time due tu van needing fixing then sent another van nearly 4 hrs later who wanted more money than the remainding amount owed all because the cheeky ****** who didn't turn up had the audacity to skim the downpayment even though he did no work whatsoever - not to mention lack of communication; I kept having to call over and over again to even get a response - definitely would NOT recommend!!! Only gave one star because it forces you to in order to progress!!!

He came one hour late and called me at 11:20 saying he just left (the time for meeting me at the property was 11:30) which ment my schedule was delayed and gave me a lot of stress to other then that it was alright

Arrival was delayed by just two hours and 50minutes. Driver did not take packed boxes to 2nd floor despite the payment plan that was made at time of booking. Driver requested tip at the time of full payment. Request was denied.

It was a pleasure to be driven home by Karan. Me and my daughter found him friendly, helpful and interesting to talk to. We'd highly recommend him!

Very professional and excellent service

Unfortunately the van broke down on his way to my location but he informed me of the situation and kept me updated. Apart from the delay the move went very well and he was a pleasure to chat to on the journey.
