Man and Van in West Drayton, UB7

Adrian and his partner were absolutely amazing. My bed frame didn't fit well in the stairwell, so they quickly disassembled it to get it out. I also had a lot of heavy furniture and luggage to move, which they did really quickly and efficiently. They were on time and very courteous throughout the move. I had a couple of bags with fragile items, and they took great care of them. And even after all that, they finished half an hour early! I'm very grateful to this team, and I'll absolutely be using Quick Man and Van again. Wish I could give 6 stars.

Adrian arrived early and was pleasant. He loaded the van as we brought the furniture out. Afterwards I realized that there were no straps and blankets protecting my furniture. When I questioned this Adrian said he didn't know where they were and he rang his boss who said that he had forgotten to put them in! However, I rang the company only the day before to check that there would be straps and blankets available and was told that all the vans have them. I was upset and cross about this but luckily had spare towels and sheets that we were able to use instead, but this should not have been necessary. The journey was completed in the time specified. I was not there to unload the furniture but when I arrived two days later I was relieved that the damage was not as bad as I feared. Nevertheless, the wardrobe does have two scratches on one side. Had the straps and blankets been provided as promised I would have given Adrian 5 stars. I also feel that the company's customer care could be improved. When I booked I chose a different driver who was well reviewed and always had straps and blankets available. Later I received an email saying the driver had been changed, it would have been polite to have had a phone call and an explanation. I couldn't find any information on the new driver and rang Quick Man and Van to be told that the new driver was the same standard as the original driver (really?). I was also told that the driver I had booked had a positive covid test but he could be sent if I liked! Neither appropriate or funny. The service offered is good and reasonably priced but could be a lot better with more attention to the customer's needs.

Couldn't have asked for a better service! Traffic caused a delay (oh well, London) but I have been kept updated all the way. It was a fun move, thank you for your excellent service!
