Driver arrived half an hour late. At the appointed time, I received a phone call to say he was still stuck in traffic so will be 20 minutes late. But he came a little after that. But after that everything went pretty smoothly. Mihail doesn't speak much English but was very efficient once he started work. I have a new TV which he bubble-wrapped and strapped securely with the rest of my furniture. We arrived at my new place at the planned time and he went straight to work and finished really quickly.

The drive and his helper were good but 2 items got Brocken. My sofa got ripped when they tried to get it out of my flat and I saw them dropped the lid to my fish tank which brock the light in it. They didn’t tell me about any of this and tried to hide the Brocken part to the fish tank. If I had know this before paying I would not of paid them the full amount as now I have to pay out to fix and replace these items.

The driver called me before the booked time that he got stuck in a traffic. He arrived with a medium van so I manage to load all my things in. He helped me load/unload my things and we finished at the time my booking was scheduled. He is respectful and helpful. I will recommend him to my friends. Thank you.

Very helpful on a very stressful day for us!

He needed to call me several times and using the phone on loudspeaker it was impossible to have a sensible conversation which was very frustrating. Recommend getting a proper hands free
