There was a mistake with the booking. I need to move on a Tuesday but somehow the booking was made for Monday (I didn't realise). The driver called me on Monday morning and said he will arrive in 20 mins. I said there is a mistake and I am moving on Tuesday. The driver checked his availability and said "no problem see you tomorrow". Comes Tuesday morning the driver turned up on time and helped with the move without quibble. I would be using Mihail's service again. Many thanks.

Our driver Mihail was very nice and was a very helpful guy. He was a little late arriving which had us a bit worried but we got the move completed within the time allowed.

I had arranged the same service last year and a decent size van had arrived. This time around a smaller van was sent. This meant we had to do two loads which cost me an extra £32.
QMAV Response: The customer ordered a Medium Van and the driver sent a medium size van (Mercedes Vito). According to our size guide, the van that the customer received was correct. We are sorry for the incident, but the customer booked wrong size.

Where do I start!!! I looked online as i needed a van for a couple of hours to help move some heavy items. I arranged the date and time and we all sat waiting for half an hour as no one had arrived so I phoned the company and was told the driver didn't work for them anymore and I may have to wait until the following day which I said wasnt acceptable as we're back at work. Then I was told he'd phone round and see if anyone else could do it today. I received an email to say another driver would be with us at 12pm...the original one was booked for 10am. So we went and moved some bits in and were back at the house at 11.45 but yet again we were left waiting....they were late by half an hour. I would never use this company again!!!
QMAV Response: The original driver was not reliable (not a serious person) and we kicked him out from the system. Mihail was sent as replacement driver, however we was a bit late to find out that we need a replacement driver. This is the reason why Mihail got late. We apologize for the inconvenience, but it is not Mihail's fault for the delay, rather the original driver was unreliable so we had to find a solution to complete the job.
