Driver was polite, respectful, and on time. I don’t know if he had straps and blankets because I didn’t use any. Maybe they were in the van but never had the opportunity to use them.
The only issue I had was that I had one box that needed to stay right side up. The driver didn’t have very good English skills so when I kept trying to explain to him the fragility of the box, he didn’t quite understand and therefore kept putting the box on its side. I suggest putting fragile stickers on all boxes that are sensitive.
Other than that, it was a great experience and I would recommend!

Driver was polite arrived early (30mins earlier) helped to load/unload, was quick and efficient. Called 30 minutes before to let me know he will be there earlier (just in case traffic ). I hope to deal with him again ! well done!

Mihail was extremely helpful and efficient, he saved us after another driver canceled on us last minute. Very reliable and respectful, he was right on time. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants a serious driver! I will surely be using his services again.

Driver introduced himself as Alex, not Mihail. Arrived 30 minutes early and made it seem like he was in a huge hurry. Van was packed quite carelessly. He drove in an unnecessarily hurried way, accelerating as much as possible before corners or speed bumps and then braking hard. I could hear boxes moving around whilst he drove. I am a good packer and nothing broke but it didn't feel like he was making any effort to drive carefully. Worst of all, he was also typing messages on his phone whilst waiting in traffic and even whilst driving a couple of times, which is so obviously not OK for anyone driving in the UK. I was really not impressed and 100% would not recommend.
Friendly guy, on time and hands on helpful.
