The driver did not stop moaning from the minute he arrived! He moaned until he left my home having brought in all items from the store! If he didn’t want to do the job he shouldn’t have taken it on. He also called me an old lady which is completely disrespectful. I’m not old and don’t even look my age..
QMAV Response: One of the items the customer had was a very heavy item which the driver refused to transport alone. In these cases the drivers is permitted to refuse transporting that particular item unless the customer will provide extra help. Since extra help was not available, the driver didn't loaded the item.

Driver was punctual. And as I’d suffered a stroke a while back and can’t do much lifting the driver went above and beyond what I’d expected he would do. Couldn’t be happier. Definitely recommend.
Arrived on time. Was helpful and friendly. Would recommend.
