Exceptional timing, taciturn and efficient

Our original driver was unfortunately unable to keep the booking due to having some technical difficulties on the day. Mario very kindly stepped in and was very helpful in moving an incredibly heavy piano. We appreciated that he was very hands on and good at helping to lift such a heavy item. We would have given 5 stars except he was almost an hour late. Luckily this wasn’t too much of an inconvenience to us and he did send a message letting us know he would be late and when he expected to arrive. We would certainly book with him again.

driver and his assistant were polite and worked hard, but a fairly bare-bones service. No straps or blankets and so I had to provide my own blankets (luckily not packed) to protect my TV and glass table top. Also had to supply my own trolley, but maybe they would have coped without them? A few clunks and scuffs and fridge freezer loaded horizontally which isn’t ideal. As they were leaving, the assistant, albeit polite and hard working, cleared his nose on to the pavement which was a pretty unsightly event for my new neighbours to witness as I moved in to the area. The guys worked hard, but they could do with at the least having their own straps, blankets and trolley, and taking a little more care overall.

Mario was great - met me on time, was friendly and quick. Got the move done in half the time I allowed! Really good.
