Van broke down 2mins out of the storage lockup. Time was wasted.
The small lorry could not hold all my items which fit a long chassy transit van. He did not know how to pack items in van. He was concerned about payment. He gave a discount for the extre 30mins which was lost in idle chat and lack of knowledge.
