He went above and beyond to help us move some really tricky items that we had completely forgotten to list on the booking request and ended up staying over 2 hours extra. More than that, he is such a joy to be around and really cheered up what could have been a stressful and upsetting day. The two guys from Egerton McCarthy were absolutely fantastic! They managed a Manchester to London move really quickly and let me track the van’s location for piece of mind (I travelled separately so needed a good ETA). I forgot a small item in the van (my own fault) and the guys were kind enough to run it round to me that evening too! 100% would recommend/use again
