Arrived early and worked quickly and efficiently

The driver came 90mins earlier, complained about the amount of boxes I had and said it was only 1 trip as we have to pay for 2 hours to help make up his money. He asked if I was riding up to the delivery address with him and when we get there he said it was an extra £25 for being in the van. The whole experience lasted around 40 minutes which is not good considering how much I'd paid for

although the driver was quite late he was extremely helpful and very nice and we made up for the time lost and got everything done very quickly
